Document Tracking System

Starting on August 5, 2013, 10:00 o'clock, in the morning, Phase I implementation of Document Tracking system will commence. This means that the trial and practice session to get acquainted with the system has ended. We will clear the database of DTS at exactly 9:30 in the morning. DTS will now be utilized to log all incoming and out-going documents.
Phase I implementation: All offices in College and Division levels only and additional of five selected units like accounting, budget, cashier, procurement and supply units.
Phase II implementation: All other units, implementation will be announced soon.
